Toy Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled multidisciplinary designer to join our team, focusing on toy & package design and production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Toy Design, Graphic Design, and exceptional experience in the production methods needed to bring a design to market. 

You will be responsible for creating new design concepts and production-ready graphics for a range of products and be ghostwrites liaison with our toy and packaging factories.

Job Responsibilities

• You’ll create new designs—illustration-driven, graphic-driven, or character-based—built specifically for pad printing, decals, hydro dipping, and other production techniques.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator for concept ideation and visualizations for internal review and factory communication.
• Create Production ready files to ensure seamless translation from approved design to product samples.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine designs and ensure they meet technical specifications and market requirements.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design revisions.
• Liaise directly with figure and packaging factories to guide designs into production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in toy/graphic design & package design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Have hands-on experience with techniques like pad printing, decals, hydro dipping, and
packaging construction.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept to production;
design for production — not just for a screen.
• Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations.
• Knowledge of additional 3D modeling software (Rhino) and product visualization software (Keyshot) is a plus.
